Angie Hanko has been in the industry since 2017, when she found out that games are actually made by people. And she could be one of those! She started out as QA for the Viennese studios Causa Creations and Iron Mountain Interactive. She then found her calling as a game designer at Rare Earth Games where she worked until its unfortunate studio closure in early 2025. Not giving up, she founded the one-woman-studio Super Stable Games in 2026 and is currently working on the game Blackboard Ponies together with her partner. She is also known as a so-called “horse girl” and advocates for better and more diverse horse games. However, no matter if horse game or not, she will always passionately try to find the fun in every project.
